YIELD: 6 CHEESE SAUCE
COOKING TEMP: 212F PORTION: 1/4 CP
COOKING TIME: 20 MIN COOKING PAN: SAUCE PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Milk : 1 1/2 cp 1. Heat milk.
| Margarine : 6 Tb 2. Melt margarine. Add flour to make a
| Flour : 3/4 cp smooth paste.
| Salt : 1/4 ts 3. Add flour mix to hot milk. Stir
| Garlic powder : 1/4 ts with whip until smooth to make
| Onion powder : 1/4 ts white sauce.
| Pepper black : dash 4. Add spices to white sauce. Continue
| Cheese shredded : 1 pt cooking until thickened.
| Food color egg shade : 1/4 ts 5. Stir in cheese until blended.
|. 6. Add egg shade. Mix well.
7. Continue cooking until flour is
cooked.
